I had to uninstall the printer driver, then reinstall it. After that, I had to update the printer driver. Finally, I had to update my OS X computer.

Secondly, you need to open the printer driver package and install it on your printer. Follow these steps:

If your printer isn’t listed on the Mac App Store, you may need to check with the manufacturer to see if they have a driver for your printer that you can download.

If your printer is listed on the HP website, you can download the driver package from there. It would have been nice if they had links directly to the driver packages, but they don’t. If you want the driver package for HP printers, go to Google and search “HP printer drivers mac” and the first link will bring you here: ..

Now click on the Printing tab and then click on the Reset button. Now enter your computer’s name and password and then click on the Reset button.

To print or scan documents, you will need to install the appropriate software. To find the software that best suits your needs, click on the Print & Scan icon under the Hardware heading. This will take you to a list of different software programs. From here, you can select the program that best suits your needs. ..

Right-click on the printer box in the list of printers, and select Reset Printing System.

If you want to add a printer that is not listed, first go to the list of printers and double-click on it. Then click on the Add button. ..

It should automatically detect all the printers connected to your computer and print out the error message if one of them is not working. First add back the ones that were not causing the problem. Then add the one that was giving you the error message.
